All orders shipped via USPS. First class takes about a week or two within the US, and international orders generally arrive in less than one month. Expedited services available for additional charge.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If the item is not as you expected I will happily refund the item price upon receipt of the returned item. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the buyer's expense. Please email any questions to ally@sungoddessally.com before check-out. Your order can be insured against damage in transit for an additional charge. If an uninsured order reaches you damaged, I will be happy to offer store credit once you have returned the damaged item in its entirety, or repair it if possible.
